Who do we share your information with?

We do not provide your personal data to any uninterested third parties except in the following cases:

  • In the case of providing services to a specific event organizer for which this person has registered for the event.
  • Companies that provide services at our request, such as banks/companies that help process payment transactions. These companies are limited in their ability to use your information; they may not use this information for purposes other than providing services to us;
  • other parties as required by law or necessary to protect the information society services we provide.
  • Law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedures provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

What do we do to protect your information?

Personal data is protected from loss, unauthorized use and alteration. We have taken physical and technical measures to protect the information we collect for the purposes of providing content/services. We remind you that while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no website, online transaction, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure.

We will store your data for a maximum of 5 (five) years from the date of the event for which you registered on the website, or until the organizer of the event requests it in writing. After this period and in the absence of a written request to extend the data storage period on the website, your personal data will be deleted in such a way as to exclude the possibility of their reproduction.

The data subject whose data is processed on the website has the following rights:

  • Know your data and how it is processed (right of access);
  • Require correction or, taking into account the purposes of processing personal data, completion of incomplete personal data (right to rectification);

Upon receipt of such a request or instruction, the data controller must provide a response and perform or refuse to perform the actions indicated in the request no later than within one month from the date of the request. If necessary, this period can be extended by another two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In this case, the data controller must inform the data subject of such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.

The data controller may prevent the data subject from exercising the rights listed above if, in cases provided for by law, this is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of crimes, violations of professional or professional ethics, as well as to protect the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
